01 AUTOMATIC CUTTING

02 FOLDING MACHINE

Microcomputer control, safe production and protection. Set up the data sheet according to the drawing, then fold the steel plate
into the specified angle. All these components form the frame of the Vulcan electric stove.

 

03 WELDING

Precision welding, the different parts of the electric furnace are welded together, the weld seam is beautiful and reliable, and

04 EPOXY RESIN SPRAYING

Epoxy resin spraying with thickness up to the standard can accept a variety of color customization, waterproof and anti-corrosion,

05 INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

Install high-quality heating elements, chambers, and wires into the furnace step by step according to the standard operating
